Integrated expertise across technology & infrastructure

About Zouk Capital

Zouk’s investment strategy focuses on the opportunities emerging at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and sustainability that stem in response to some of the most pressing environmental and social challenges of our time.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure is a key focus of our investment strategy at Zouk, where we actively invest in, build, and scale projects and companies in environmental infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. We prioritise investing in platforms rather than individual assets and are proactive in launching new businesses or supporting early-stage companies.

Our primary areas of interest include decarbonisation of transport and power networks, sustainable home infrastructure, electrification of industry, recycling and the circular economy and smart agriculture – primarily in Europe and the UK.

ClimateTech

The demand for climate tech solutions is skyrocketing, and the digital climate innovation has reached a tipping point, resulting in the emergence of scalable business models, thanks to technological advancements.

Our climate tech track invests in companies that are building the application layer of the net-zero economy. The fund is dedicated to supporting digital technology firms that are developing scalable solutions for climate change mitigation, adaptation, and the journey towards Net-Zero.

Our commitment to sustainability

Drawing on over 200 years of collective experience, our investment team’s collaborative approach and integrated expertise across technology and infrastructure allows us to deliver genuine value-add to our portfolio companies, in service of attractive capital gain returns for our investors. The team’s shared and deep-seated commitment to sustainability – part of Zouk’s DNA – ensures that ESG is placed at the core of every investment.

Based in London, Zouk manages approximately €1billion, including the £420m Charging Investment Fund (CIIF), sponsored by the UK Government and focussed on the public EV charging market in the UK.
